ELOT is managed by a five- member Administrative Council of a three year term. The highest executive officer of the Organization is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Nikolaos Levetsovitis
President

Nikolaos Levetsovitis is the President of the Hellenic Quality Infrastructure System (NQIS/ELOT & EIM). He has both a scientific and administrative background, holding a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), along with postgraduate studies in the same university in the program “Environmental, Crisis and Disaster Management Strategies” of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment, where he is also a PhD candidate.
Scientific and Professional Activities
He has served as:
- Member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Mathematical Society.
- Member of the Organizing Committees of the Mathematical Olympiad (2004) and the Annual Mathematics Conference.
- Member of the Board of the Guarantee Fund of the Entrepreneurship Fund (TEPIX), as a Special Expert.
- Member of the Board of the Panhellenic Federation of Insurance Agents (POAD) and the Union of Insurance Professionals of Greece (EEAE).
- Vice President and Member of the Board of the Supplementary Insurance Fund for Insurance Agents and Insurance Company Employees (TEA-EAPAE).
- Greek Representative at B.I.P.A.R. (The European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries).
- Member of the National Registry of Evaluators of the Ministry of Labor.

- Municipal Councilor of Glyfada.

- Member of the Digital Governance Committee of the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE).
He has also served as:

Adrianos Pavlopoulos
CEO

Adrianos Pavlopoulos is the CEO of the Hellenic Quality Infrastructure System (NQIS/ALM – ELOT & EIM). He has extensive experience in Public Administration, specializing in the management of public organizations and legal entities under public law with a large number of personnel. His postgraduate studies provided him with familiarity with the most advanced digital infrastructure tools, giving him both theoretical and practical expertise in applications of Information Technology in sports and medicine.

Petros Maravelakis

Evangelia Gkiza
Member (representative of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises - SEV)

Dr. Evangelia Gkiza is a graduate of Veterinary Medicine School at the AUTH, holds a PhD from the Medical School of the NKUA, and an Executive MBA. She has extensive experience in risk management, food safety and quality, and corporate governance in the food industry.
Currently, she holds the position of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Manager at PG NIKAS and represents SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) on the Board of Directors of ESYP (Hellenic Accreditation System).
With rich experience in regulatory compliance, quality management, and food safety, she has worked for several years in academia and certification bodies. She has published scientific studies and actively participates in numerous scientific and regulatory committees. For 12 years, she served in central public administration, representing Greece in EU committees and bodies dealing with food safety and quality, as well as public health. She has also served as a member of Boards of Directors and Risk Management and Audit Committees in major organizations.
