ELOT is managed by a five- member Administrative Council of a three year term. The highest executive officer of the Organization is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ο Ελευθέριος Κρητικός είναι Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος του Εθνικού Συστήματος Υποδομών Ποιότητας (ΕΣΥΠ|ΕΛΟΤ-ΕΙΜ).
Διαθέτει πολυετή εμπειρία σε ανώτερες και ανώτατες διοικητικές θέσεις σε βιομηχανίες, εταιρείες real estate και σε εταιρείες διαχείρισης ιδιωτικού χρέους, ενώ έχει επίσης διατελέσει εξωτερικός οικονομικός σύμβουλος επιχειρήσεων με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων καταστάσεων εξυγίανσης.
Στο παρελθόν έχει διατελέσει Υποδιοικητής Στρατηγικού Σχεδιασμού, Οικονομικών, Εσόδων και ΚΕΑΟ στον e-ΕΦΚΑ (Ηλεκτρονικός Εθνικός Φορέας Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης), Εκτελεστικός Πρόεδρος στην ΕΔΕΚΤ ΑΕΠΕΥ και Αντιπρόεδρος στην ΑΕΔΑΚ Ασφαλιστικών Οργανισμών. Έχει εργαστεί επίσης ως Σύμβουλος του Υφυπουργού Οικονομίας & Οικονομικών στο Γενικό Λογιστήριο του Κράτους, ως Σύμβουλος του Υπουργού Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων και ως Ανώτερος Σύμβουλος του Διοικητή του ΟΑΕΔ.
Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Οικονομικής Επιστήμης του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών –πρώην ΑΣΟΕΕ-, κάτοχος διατμηματικού MBA του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, ενώ έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στους τομείς Sustainability Leadership και Data Analysis στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Cambridge, Managerial Finance στο London School of Economics και Corporate Governance στο Wharton University. Τέλος, είναι κάτοχος πιστοποίησης τύπου «Δ» (Αναλυτή Χρηματοπιστωτικών Μέσων και Εκδόσεων) από την Επιτροπή Κεφαλαιαγοράς και υποψήφιος Διδάκτορας στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιώς.
Adrianos Pavlopoulos

Mr Pavlopoulos is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a master’s degree (MSc) in Informatics from the Department of Informatics of the University of Piraeus.
He is a PhD candidate at the Department of Digital Systems of the University of Piraeus.
He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kallithea and a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Education and Sports Organization of Kallithea Municipality.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Vocational Guidance.
He speaks English fluently (Proficiency University of Cambridge).
Ioannis Michiotis

Ioannis Michiotis is an Economist, with postgraduate studies at the University of Piraeus in “Financial Analysis for Business Executives”.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector as a banking executive, and more specifically in Private Banking, Retail Banking at Alpha Bank (as chief coordinator in the Division of Attica and Eastern Central Greece Branches and as head of Branches), as well as in the evaluation of investment projects.
He is a member of the Administrative Council of the National Quality Infrastructure System (NQIS) (2019 – present) and elected member of the Common Financial Group (CEN/FIN and CLC/FIN) of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) (Feb2024 – present).
He is also:
- member of the Investment Projects Evaluation Committee (Ministry of Development) (2023 – present),
- chairman of the Disciplinary Council of NQIS ELOT (2021 – present),
- chairman of the Audit Committee at NQIS ELOT (2023 – present),
- member of the Board Central Council of Public Welfare Properties (Ministry of Finance) (2023 – present),
- member of Committees of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (ETHAE), regarding the Evaluation of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Study Programs (2019 – present),
- head of the Financial Sector Committee -Economic Chamber of Greece (2018 – present),
- advisor on quality assurance issues at the Industrial Research and Technological Development Company – EBETAM MIRTEC (2012 – present).
He has served as Deputy CEO of the National Quality Infrastructure System (NQIS) (2019-2023), as an elected member of the CEN Administrative Board Consultative Committee Financial Affairs (CACC/FIN) (2022-2023), as well as vice president and member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research and Technology – IFET (2006 – 2010).
He is a certified internal auditor in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, a certified assessor and certified auditor in the Register of the new Development Law, while he is an Exchange and Derivatives Manager of the ASE certified by the Capital Market Commission, and an Analyst and Client Portfolio Manager certified by the Bank of Greece.
From 2008 to present, he teaches seminars on investments and investment products to managers and investors and participates in presentations on standardization and total quality issues to undergraduate and graduate students.
His articles have been published on the contribution of Standardization to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and on Climate Change. He also participated in conferences as a speaker (SEV November 3, 2021 – Standards and Certification as a tool for Political and Economic Development).
He is married to Elena Anastasopoulou and they have 2 children..
Dr. Christos E. Georgiou

Dr. Christos E. Georgiou possesses a Mechanical Engineering Degree awarded by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1992. He was also awarded a master’s degree in Productive Systems Management by the same university in 2000 and during 2010 he was awarded his Ph. D. degree in the research field of “Business Administration”, from “Business Administration Department” – University of Patras. In the period 1987-1993 he participated as a researcher in various research projects of the Industrial Management Sector of the Mechanical Engineering Department of the School of Mechanical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
For a number of years he has worked as a researcher in projects assigned by the Greek government. He has also worked for large private firms, for the elaboration of studies and research papers in such fields as: national and regional competitiveness, entrepreneurship and innovation, analysis and evaluation of investment schemes, corporate strategic management and evaluation of the impact of structural policies and programs on the national economy and competitiveness. In the period 1998-2001 he was responsible for the “Technology Transfer Center” of the “Technology Park of Thessaloniki”. During the 2001-2003 three-year period he has been Adjunct Scientific Officer at the “Observatory of Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship” of the Region of Central Macedonia, a structure unique in its kind throughout Greece.
He currently serves as General Director of the Research Institute of Federation of Industries of Greece. From 2003 until 2019 he served as Director of the Documentation and Research Department of the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (FING). From 2003 up to date he heads the Greek research team that co-operates with the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), since FING functions as the IMD’s representative in Greece.
In 2013, together with Professor Asterios G. Kefalas, released his first book titled: “The succession procedure in family business” and in 2021 released the second book for family business titled: “Preparing the succession”.
Ioannis Kallias

Mr. Ioannis Kallias is a Production and Management Engineer and holds a Master of Science in Quality Management from Cranfield University (School of Industrial & Manufacturing Science), United Kingdom.
His work experience began in 1999 in the chemical industries. In 2001 he started his career at TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas as Chief Auditor and Head of the Training Department.
In 2004 and for the next four years he was the Director of the Management Systems Certification Division in both Greece and Cyprus. In 2006 he took on the position of Development Director.
Since 2010 he has been the CEO of TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas. At the same time, he holds the position of CEO in other 5 subsidiary companies of the TÜV AUSTRIA Group in Austria (TÜV AUSTRIA Cert) and in Middle Eastern countries, while he is the Regional Manager for the region as TÜV AUSTRIA Group Area Director.
Since 2017 he has also been TÜV AUSTRIA GROUP Director of Certification, having responsibility for the GROUP’s certification services worldwide. Since May 2019 he has been the top representative of TÜV AUSTRIA in the assigned region and responsible for the overall research and penetration of the local market regarding the business areas in coordination with the executive business managers or business area managers.
Since March 2020, Mr. Ioannis Kallias has been Executive Business Director for the Business Assurance business area of the TÜV AUSTRIA Group worldwide and an executive member of the Group’s Executive Committee. The Business Assurance sector consists of the following business sectors: Certification, Training, Legal Compliance.
For the last 12 years he has been a member of the Board of Directors of HellasCert (HellasCert is the Hellenic Association of Accredited Certification and Inspection Bodies), having served as President and Vice President for more than 10 years.
