The Hellenic Organization for Standardization as part of the procedures for the development and publication of European normative documents, submits to Public Enquiry the drafts of European normative documents. Draft European normative documents under Public Enquiry are being published under the section Announcements/News.
Any interested party may submit comments, proposals for amendments, etc. regarding these drafts, in particular on the text and the technical content, as well as notices on the legislative/regulatory requirements that apply in Greece that may conflict with the content of these texts.
In order to be taken into account, comments or proposals for amendments, etc. must be named, justified and sent to the Standardization Department of ELOT (with the indication: PUBLIC ENQUIRY – Comments) no later than one (1) month before the voting deadline (indicated in the details of each draft European standard text) by filling in the submission form set out in the Announcement.
